Crafted from premium AL 6069 alloy, these rims deliver exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring they can handle the most demanding trails and remote adventures.

Materials & Engineering:

Constructed from high-grade AL 6069 alloy, the WTB KOM Tough rim emphasizes robustness and longevity. Its innovative I-Beam construction features dual support beams that reinforce the rim structure, providing increased stiffness and impact resistance. Perfectly engineered for the rigors of gravity riding and bikepacking, this rim stands up to the toughest terrain.

Components & Technology:

Designed for advanced tubeless performance, the KOM Tough i25 rim is tubeless-ready with WTB’s TCS 2.0 system, which simplifies installation and enhances reliability. The recessed channel along the rim’s center securely holds the Solid Strip, preventing tubeless tape sagging at spoke holes and ensuring a seamless interface between tire and rim. The 4D angled spoke drilling minimizes binding, evenly distributes tension, and disperses lateral loads, resulting in a more stable, responsive ride.

Style & Use Case:

With a sleek black finish and a versatile 25mm internal width, the KOM Tough rim is ideal for enduro, bikepacking, and aggressive trail riding. Its durable design makes it the perfect companion for mountain bikers seeking confidence-inspiring rims that withstand technical descents, heavy impacts, and remote adventures. Compatible exclusively with disc brakes, it provides precise stopping power in all conditions.
